dry and refrigerated freight Pay $1,100 to $1,200 average weekly gross $0.49 per mile to start, climbing to $0.60 per mile at 3 years $10 first stop, $15 every stop after Performance and safety bonus 1,600 to 1,800 miles per week Know Before You Apply Night and weekend shifts, 6 day work week Some wait time at pickup is normal New CDL holders welcome: $650 weekly training pay, trainer may be regional or OTR during training Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days 401(k) with company match Paid time off $300 orientation pay on your first paycheck, travel to orientation covered Requirements Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL Trainees welcome, no prior experience needed: just a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL training Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years Military experience considered with a valid DD214 Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years Must pass hair and urine drug testing Want nights, no-touch, and home every week?
